The best we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She worked extremely hard for us, didn’t let us get discouraged when we were outbid several times. Without Jennifer we’d still be renting without a home purchase in our future. She clinched the deal for us in writing a great contract. We appreciate her so much.

Jenny guided us every step of the way through the process of selling our home. She communicated frequently and made sure we knew what to expect as we moved along. Her attitude is always upbeat, warm and caring, while staying professional. I can't imagine using any other realtor.

Amazing experience! Once Jennifer knew what I was looking for, she pushed emails alerts of properties for me to look at. She is really on top of the buying market with the homes selling in a day. Found the home in the morning, got me in to look at it in the afternoon and by evening we put in the offer (all accomplished with IronGates fantastic online experience) - got the house! With a -loan pre-approval letter in hand, I knew exactly what we could afford. (IronGate has a bank representative in their building who worked that out! - how cool is that!) Jennifer knew all the ins and outs of inspections, suggested good ones she'd worked with before, was able to work well with the other realtor, bank, etc. and was by my side at the closing. Her advice before, during and at closing, made the entire process so simple . With me Working full time - days, she adjusted her hours to my schedule --- LOVE HER!

I could never thank Jennifer enough for the care she room helping my grandmother & whole family with selling her home after the passing of my grandfather.
