Jennifer was not only extremely professional, but also very personable. We had to sell our house quickly for an international move, and she she made the process so easy and stress free for us. We never worried that she wasn't on top of things. It also didn't hurt that she is an animal lover! We are forever grateful for her help and consider her a good friend.

I cannot believe that I have known Jennifer for only 5 years. She is absolutely the friendliest person I have ever known. My sister is also a realtor, and I told her 5 years ago that I wanted the BEST realtor that there is in southwest Ohio. Sis did a fabulous job and came up with only 1 suggestion, JENNIFER DURBIN. During these 5 years, I have depended on Jennifer for 2 property purchases and 2 property sales. I loved having Jennifer as our realtor! She was very knowledgeable and showed us things we did not see both big and little. For instance, she would walk around a room to make sure the carpet was tacked down, point out the age of the windows, checked the hvac system and when they were last serviced. When I got discouraged because either we weren't finding what we wanted or a house would go under contract before we got to see it, Jennifer reassured me our house was out there and to not give up. And that's why I did not feel like just another client to her. She showed real interest in my husband and I and in what we wanted. She got to know us on a personal level, not as a client. I am so happy I got to know Jennifer and that she found & helped us buy our forever home! Thank you Jennifer!

For example, new realtors that we worked with during my buy and sell, a mentor program could be as simple as a checklist for new realtors to follow when they show a home, to ensure the homes are left unaltered and secured. This checklist could be turned in to the mentor to ensure the new realtor follows proper protocols and ethics. Jennifer, you would be an amazing mentor!
