For example, new realtors that we worked with during my buy and sell, a mentor program could be as simple as a checklist for new realtors to follow when they show a home, to ensure the homes are left unaltered and secured. This checklist could be turned in to the mentor to ensure the new realtor follows proper protocols and ethics. Jennifer, you would be an amazing mentor! Jennifer is the absolute best ! We are first time home buyers and she made every single step so easy and stress free. She is very real and honest if she feels a house is not a good fit she will 100% tell you and all reason why. She is also very patient we knew nothing about home buying at the start and now we feel she has educated us on many things. Jennifer is the best realtor around!

I don’t have words to adequately describe how fabulous Jennifer is to work with. She met with us the morning after we contacted her about selling our home, and told us that we were family. We literally felt like her only clients. She took the time to understand all of our priorities and concerns. She showed us empathy and frankly, love. She communicated clearly and directly everything we would need to do in order to list our home. We instantly trusted her and she did not disappoint. She had a strategy in mind for us to sell at top dollar. (She not only achieved it, she exceeded our expectations). The photos and the verbiage in the listing were stunning! We were out of town during the showings and our neighbors called to tell us that cars were lined up like a Chick-fil-A at lunchtime!! Jennifer came over afterwards to turn off lights and make sure the house was locked up. She is incredibly detail oriented. We received multiple generous offers within hours.
